Finance Manager
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager with a proven track record in financial management and analysis to join our team in Amman, Jordan. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting, coupled with strong communication and leadership skills, is essential. Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal) is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Risk Management and Compliance:
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Reporting and Communication:
- Lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports and presentations to stakeholders, including executives and board members.

- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial performance and achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

- Proven experience in financial management, analysis, and reporting, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.
