Responsibilities:
As the leader in Strategic HR Leadership, you will spearhead the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs meticulously aligned with organizational goals. In Talent Acquisition, your expertise will be pivotal as you manage the end-to-end process, from recruitment and selection to seamlessly onboarding new team members. Nurturing positive Employee Relations will be central to your role, as you provide guidance and support on HR matters, fostering healthy relationships and addressing disciplinary actions when necessary. In Policy Administration, your attention to detail will shine as you meticulously administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with the company's high standards. Overseeing Benefits Administration, you'll play a critical role in enhancing employee satisfaction by overseeing benefits, compensation planning, and streamlining payroll processing for a cohesive HR function. Your commitment to Training and Development will empower employees as you develop and deliver training programs, enhancing their skills and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Promoting Diversity and Inclusion, you'll champion a positive employee experience by fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organizational culture.
Finally, in Compliance and Continuous Improvement, your vigilance will ensure the organization stays abreast of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends, driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance at all levels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a corporate or multinational organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
