AI Strategy Specialist

Overview:

We are actively seeking an experienced AI Strategy Specialist to spearhead the development and execution of AI strategic plans. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with cross-enterprise stakeholders to drive AI strategy, prioritize the AI technology roadmap, and formulate enterprise AI strategy within a cross-functional team. Your responsibilities encompass shaping enterprise-wide generative AI strategy, aligning member-centric strategic initiatives with AI advancements, and evaluating and integrating external AI tools and platforms. Ethical AI principles' incorporation and compliance with data protection and privacy regulations will be integral to your role. The ideal candidate possesses expert knowledge of the AI/ML industry, extensive experience in large-scale cross-enterprise strategy creation, and advanced expertise in design thinking, innovation frameworks, and AI governance practices.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate in innovation, governance, and other enterprise working groups to drive the AI strategy.
2. Coordinate with cross-enterprise stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
3. Prioritize the AI technology roadmap in partnership with key stakeholders.
4. Support senior leadership in developing and executing AI strategic plans.
5. Formulate enterprise AI strategy within a cross-functional team, emphasizing design thinking and creative innovation.
6. Shape the enterprise-wide generative AI strategy, aligning member-centric strategic initiatives with AI advancements.
7. Assess and integrate external AI tools and platforms, completing POCs and pilots.
8. Foster collaboration among diverse teams to identify innovative opportunities within AI.
9. Perform thorough analyses of the data ecosystem, uncovering valuable insights and potential AI-powered enhancements.
10. Champion ethical AI principles and ensure adherence to data privacy regulations throughout the AI life cycle.
11. Articulate intricate AI concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders through compelling presentations and documentation.
12. Offer continuous support and direction throughout implementation phases, addressing hurdles effectively.
13. Develop and refine enterprise AI guidelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
14. Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure AI initiatives comply with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
15. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with AI implementations.
16. Leverage design thinking principles to drive innovative approaches within AI initiatives.
17. Stay abreast of AI advancements, industry trends, and optimal practices to enhance AI initiatives continually.

Qualifications:

• Expert knowledge of the AI/ML industry and evolving advances in the field (e.g., Generative AI, Prompt Engineering).
• Expert experience in creating strategy for large-scale cross-enterprise initiatives.
• Extensive experience in a lead capacity in technology research, strategy, and implementation (AI, MLOps, machine learning, digital services, product innovation, digital transformation).
• Extensive experience in creating strategic and/or technology roadmaps.
• Expert experience in design thinking and innovation frameworks.
• Advanced knowledge of data architecture and technology solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of AI governance practices, including Ethical AI.
• Advanced knowledge of change management concepts and strategies.
• Ability to work effectively through indirect resources and leadership levels.
• Expert ability to communicate effectively about AI with a broad range of audiences.
• Extensive experience in delivering creative solutions by leveraging knowledge of the financial services industry and technology trends.
