Business Development Executive
Overview: Phaza Network is actively seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Amman, Jordan. The ideal candidate should be passionate about driving growth and expanding business opportunities through strategic partnerships and client acquisition. They must possess a strong background in sales, business development, or a related field, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal, is required.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners to drive business growth and revenue.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients to showcase the value proposition and benefits of Phaza Network's products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales strategies with business goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management to communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to build brand awareness, establish thought leadership, and expand professional networks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities, develop sales strategies, and drive business growth.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a passion for driving growth and achieving success in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal, is required.
