Marketing Manager

Phaza Network is currently in search of an adept Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing endeavors in Amman, Jordan. This role entails developing and executing strategic marketing plans to bolster brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and stimulate revenue growth. The ideal candidate should boast a proven track record in digital marketing, campaign management, and lead generation, emphasizing data-driven decision-making and ROI optimization. Proficiency in both English and Arabic, in both written and verbal communication, is essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Marketing Development:

    • Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aligning with business objectives.
    • Focus on key areas such as brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  2. Digital Marketing Management:

    • Oversee all facets of digital marketing, including website optimization, content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
  3. Collaboration and Content Creation:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, supporting sales efforts and customer engagement.
    • Develop materials like sales presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.
  4. Market Analysis and Performance Tracking:

    • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence for identifying growth opportunities and effective marketing channels.
    • Monitor and optimize marketing performance metrics using data-driven insights.
  5. Partnership Management:

    • Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors supporting marketing initiatives.
    • Oversee engagement with creative agencies, media partners, event organizers, and marketing technology providers.
  6. Event Planning and Execution:

    • Lead the planning and execution of marketing events, conferences, webinars, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
  7. Leadership and Mentorship:

    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  8. Industry Awareness:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure Phaza Network's competitiveness and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the technology or AI industry.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal, is required.
