Sales Development Representative
Overview
Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to identify potential clients and business opportunities. Research and gather information on target companies and decision-makers to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points, and tailor outreach efforts to address their specific requirements. Engage with prospects to educate them about Phaza Network's products and services, highlight key features and benefits, and articulate the value proposition to generate interest and excitement. Schedule and coordinate meetings and demos with qualified leads for the sales team, and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and other channels to ensure timely and effective lead management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions, activities, and progress in CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to track and measure lead conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and other key performance indicators. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to share insights, provide feedback, and align on strategies to optimize lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes. Participate in sales training programs, workshops, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise, and stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape. Contribute to the development of sales collateral, email templates, scripts, and other sales enablement materials to support outbound prospecting efforts and improve sales effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service is preferred. Proven ability to generate and qualify leads, with a minimum of [insert number] years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or AI industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects, ask probing questions, and actively listen to understand their needs and requirements. Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal, is required.
