Sales Executive
Overview
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling to generate leads and expand the client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and goals, and positioning Phaza Network's products and services as solutions to address their requirements. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales pitches to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of Phaza Network's offerings, and effectively communicate how they can meet clients' needs and deliver business value. Negotiate and close sales deals, including pricing, terms, and contracts, ensuring alignment with clients' expectations and requirements, and achieving revenue targets and sales quotas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align on strategies, share insights, and support the sales process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape, and leverage market intelligence and insights to identify new opportunities and drive continuous improvement in sales strategies and tactics. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to track and measure performance, forecast sales pipeline, and drive accountability and transparency in the sales process. Provide feedback and input to product development teams based on client needs, preferences, and feedback, and contribute to the development of sales collateral, marketing materials, and sales enablement resources to support sales efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; previous experience in sales, business development, or related field is preferred. Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of [insert number] years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or AI industry. Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify client needs, overcome objections, and close sales deals effectively, while maintaining a customer-centric approach and building long-term relationships.
