Sales Operations Specialist

Overview

Phaza Network is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in Amman, Jordan. The Sales Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing sales processes, optimizing systems and tools, and providing analytical insights to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with sales operations, and a passion for driving process improvement. Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal, is required.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize sales processes and workflows to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment across the sales organization. Administer and maintain CRM systems, such as Salesforce, including user management, data integrity, and system configuration, to support sales activities and reporting needs. Provide training and support to sales team members on CRM usage, best practices, and sales processes, ensuring adoption and proficiency. Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure sales performance, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to sales leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to align on strategies, share insights, and drive process improvements and optimization initiatives. Support sales forecasting and pipeline management activities by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing accurate and timely forecasts and projections. Assist in the development and implementation of sales enablement programs, including sales training, collateral development, and sales tool optimization, to support the sales team and enhance productivity and effectiveness. Identify opportunities for process automation, tool enhancement, and system integration to streamline sales operations and improve scalability and efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to sales operations and CRM systems, and proactively recommend and implement improvements and enhancements to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; previous experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related field is preferred. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources, and derive actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making and drive business results. Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Salesforce, including system administration, data management, and report/dashboard creation; Salesforce certification is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, present complex information in a clear and concise manner, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal, is required. Required Skills
