Strategic Partnership Manager
Overview: Phaza Network is in search of an experienced and results-driven Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team in Amman, Jordan. The ideal candidate will take charge of identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners. With a robust background in business development, relationship management, and negotiation, the candidate should demonstrate a proven track record in driving revenue growth and fostering long-term partnerships. The Strategic Partnership Manager will play a critical role in expanding our network, driving business development initiatives, and achieving organizational objectives. Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal, is a prerequisite.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prioritize, and target potential strategic partners based on business goals, market trends, and industry dynamics.
- Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and legal, to identify partnership opportunities and drive business development initiatives.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, contracts, and terms of engagement to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and mutual value creation.
- Manage ongoing partnerships and relationships, including regular communication, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and opportunity identification.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new partnership opportunities, emerging markets, and growth areas.
- Analyze partnership performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to evaluate partnership effectiveness and ROI.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management on partnership strategies, initiatives, and opportunities for growth and expansion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Proven experience in strategic partnership management, business development, or a related field, with a strong understanding of partnership models, deal structures, and negotiation techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of initiative, creativity, and adaptability.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal, is required.
